The main goal was to relieve the patient from breasts that were too large and heavy and to correct nipples that pointed downward. Dr. Min recommended a breast reduction with significant tissue removal.
Dr. Min removed a total of 2,170g of breast tissue, which is close to 4 ½ pounds, leaving the patient with smaller, more proportionate breasts with higher more natural-looking nipple placement.
