The patient was seeking correction for breasts that were sagging down past the natural breast line and wanted to replace a small amount of lost volume to lift the nipples up to a more natural position. Dr. Min recommended a breast lift and implants filled with 190 ccs of filler.
The implant and lift combination restored the breasts to a more natural-looking position on the chest and added a modest amount of volume to enhance their shape and improve the placement of the nipples.
