Medical Dermatology

Our physicians and nurse practitioners are trained to diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of skin conditions with prescription medications or in-office treatments. Some of the conditions we treat with dermatology in Woodinville include:

Adolescent and Adult Acne

Acne is a nuisance, and we are prepared to help you finally rid your skin of blemishes. We carefully examine your skin and take a medical history, including information on when you tend to get flare-ups, to determine the best treatment option for you. Our treatments range from prescribing retinoids, antibiotics, and oral contraceptives to using stronger medications like Accutane.

Eczema

If you have eczema, you are probably tired of embarrassing, dry, itchy patches of skin that can appear all over your body. Several treatments exist to control eczema breakouts, including topical and oral corticosteroids, which suppress the autoimmune reactions that lead to this skin condition. We also offer phototherapy to our clients, which reduces inflammation through the use of UV light waves.

Psoriasis

Like eczema, psoriasis is a common autoimmune condition that can be controlled with corticosteroids. In addition, we can prescribe topical retinoids and vitamin D analogues—both of which help reduce the appearance of thick, scaly patches of skin.

Rosacea

Rosacea is another common skin condition that can be effectively treated with topical medications, such as Ivermectin and Brimonidine, as well as oral medications. Rosacea also responds well to laser or light therapy, which we offer at our office.

Skin Cancer Screening

We offer full-body cancer screening and perform in-office cryotherapy for removing moles, warts, pre-cancerous spots, and other skin growths.
